At YES Signs, each product is custom-made based on the personalization information provided by the customer. Because of the customized nature of our products, our return and refund policies are designed to reflect the production process involved.

Customer Proof Approval Clause

Before placing an order, customers are shown a live preview of their customized design based on the information entered into the product customization fields.

By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges that:

• The preview shown represents the design approved for printing.
• All spelling, dates, and submitted information have been reviewed for accuracy.
• The order is approved exactly as displayed in the preview.

Once the order is submitted, the design is considered final and approved for production.

YES Signs is not responsible for errors, misspellings, or incorrect information submitted by the customer during customization.

Custom Products

Because all YES Signs products are made to order:

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• Customized products are not eligible for return due to buyer error.

We encourage customers to carefully review their design preview before completing checkout.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• your order number
• photographs of the damaged item
• photographs of the packaging

Once the issue is verified, we may offer:

• a replacement product, or
• a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Damage

Although we take care to package products securely, damage can occasionally occur during shipping.

Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Orders

If the product received differs from the order placed due to a production error on our part, please contact us within 7 days so we can correct the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• personalized or custom-made products
• items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• items reported outside the claim window
